 Ravi Shastri, a former coach for India, and Wasim Akram, a famous cricket player from Pakistan, have been named Cricket Australia's Multicultural Ambassadors for two years. 

The ambassadors, who will work together for two years, come from various ethnic backgrounds. They include people from the Indian, Sri Lankan, Pakistani, Indigenous Australian, Bangladeshi, Nepali, and Afghani communities.

Some of the new champions are Usman Khawaja, Mel Jones, Wasim Akram, Ravi Shastri, Lisa Sthalekar, Kishwar Chowdhury, Alana King, Peter Varghese, Swati Dave, and Fawad Ahmed.
